Tools for your next accessibility check.

Start with these resources from the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative. Choose the one that fits the work in front of you.

  1. Make a first review.

Check the basics, including page titles, headings, text alternatives, and keyboard focus. These checks are a starting point for a more complete evaluation.

  2. Find an evaluation tool.

Browse W3C’s directory by the type of content, testing method, or platform you need. Listings are provided by tool makers and others; inclusion is not a W3C endorsement.

    Explore the tool directory
  3. Document what you find.

The WCAG-EM Report Tool helps you structure an accessibility evaluation report. You supply the evaluation results; the tool does not check the site for you.
